Service Scope
Victoria Painting Experts provides surface preparation priming and finish painting as described in each written estimate.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must clear work areas and secure valuables prior to the arrival of Victoria Painting Experts crews.
Payment Terms
Victoria Painting Experts requires a deposit before work begins with the balance due upon satisfactory completion of painting.
Change Orders
Any additions to the original painting scope require a written change order approved by both parties.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty from Victoria Painting Experts covers workmanship defects but excludes damage from weather or misuse after completion.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel scheduled painting work with forty eight hours notice without penalty.
Liability Limits
Victoria Painting Experts liability is limited to the value of the painting contract for any property damage during service.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes with Victoria Painting Experts are first addressed through direct discussion before mediation or arbitration.
Force Majeure
Victoria Painting Experts is not liable for delays caused by weather strikes or events beyond reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Victoria Painting Experts operates.
Entire Agreement
The written estimate and these terms constitute the full agreement between the client and Victoria Painting Experts.
